At Sleam, we stand behind our service. If you're not completely satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 days of your payment
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Have made a good faith effort to use our service

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your account email address
  • Your Slack workspace name (if applicable)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any feedback to help us improve our service

Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your refund request:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • You will retain access to your data for 30 days to allow for export

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days from the payment date
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests for partial month refunds (except within the 14-day window)

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund period applies from the date of payment. After this period, we do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellation, but you will retain access to all features until your subscription period ends.

Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
